Child Safety Standards

Talora is a dating app for adults operated by Soqt Labs Limited. These published standards describe how Talora prohibits and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to the Talora mobile application and related services offered under the Talora name on Google Play and the App Store.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Talora strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any attempt to engage minors in sexual or exploitative activity.
We also prohibit profiles, messages, photos, voice recordings, and other user-generated content that sexualise minors, seek contact with minors, or facilitate grooming. Violations result in immediate permanent bans and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Age requirement
Talora is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Talora. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove the account and associated content.
3. In-app reporting
Users can report child safety and underage concerns from within the Talora app (including an underage-concern report reason), and can block other users. Reports are reviewed by our team. Anyone can also email support@trytalora.com with the subject line “Child safety.”
4. How we address CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on Talora, we take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, permanently banning the account, preserving evidence as required by law, and reporting to the relevant regional or national authority.
We use a combination of user reports, human review, and safety-oriented automated checks to help detect and prevent prohibited content and underage use, as described further in our How we use AI page and Terms of Service.
5. Legal compliance and authorities
Soqt Labs Limited complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required, confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authority — including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority for the jurisdiction where the content or user is located.
